The method
How pages here are written — and corrected
Every page starts from a question a player actually has: why will this not let me in, how do I get paid, what does 45x mean. The page is then built to answer that question in the order the checks are worth trying, with the answer near the top rather than after eight paragraphs of preamble.
What we publish
- Mechanics that hold across licensed operators: verification, wagering, payment rails, dispute routes.
- Promotion terms exactly as supplied by the source, including the gaps.
- Steps you can act on, in a stated order, with the reason each one exists.
What we refuse to publish
- Licence numbers, RTP figures, payout speeds or fee schedules we cannot verify.
- Ratings and scores — a number implies testing we have not published.
- Invented bonus terms. If the source does not state a minimum deposit or an expiry, neither do we.
- Screenshots presented as current when they are not, or illustrations passed off as screenshots.
Corrections policy
Things change and mistakes happen. If a page here is wrong, out of date, or states something we cannot support, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what specifically is wrong. Corrections that affect meaning — a changed promotion term, a procedure that no longer works, an error of fact — are made to the page itself rather than quietly deleted, and material changes are noted in the text where a reader would otherwise be misled.
Typographical fixes are made silently. Anything that would change a reader's decision is not. Where a claim cannot be substantiated after review, it is removed rather than softened.
Pages are revisited when the underlying facts move — a payment rail changing, a rule changing, or a promotion being replaced — not on a fixed calendar, because a date stamp on an unchanged page is decoration rather than information.
